Roger Fisher holds a Ph.D in History (1987) from McMaster and a J.D. (1989) from Osgoode Hall Law School. His scholarship focuses on law, history, literature and culture from classical antiquity to the modern world, with a secondary interest in children and childhood in legal history and in contemporary Canadian law. He has a book forthcoming (Fall, 2014) and thirteen academic refereed publications in addition to book reviews and papers delivered at international and national conferences.
