The Humanities Graduate Seminar aims to serve as a space of intellectual as well as social exchange, to introduce incoming students to the work of faculty and advanced PhD students, to acquaint students with a wide range of theoretical issues and problems fundamental to the study of Humanities, and to enable them to embark on their own research with a comprehensive set of Humanities-oriented methodological tools.
